6 Fun Races That You Can Run With Your Dog

Let your puppers in on the race day fun too! These events welcome two and four-legged racers.

Many of us run and work towards a goal such as a 5K, half-marathon, or full marathon. Why not incorporate goals into running with your dog? After establishing rules and getting into a rhythm, you might consider registering for one of these races:

Doggie Bones 5k and 10k, Sarasota, FL

This 5k run is an easy flat course that is good for all runners and dogs. For those not wanting to run, there is also a 1 mile walk that could be perfect for your pup. All proceeds go to Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue, a non-profit no-kill shelter.

The Dash 5K & Doggie Run, Washington D.C.
