With a moderate amount of stability and plenty of cushioning, but not so much as to detract from performance, the isoShift has the nod from testers as an everyday training or recovery shoe. The fit conforms to the foot in the collar area and is snug in the heel, yet rather wide in the toe box. The isoShift comes across on the rigid and heavy side of the scale, and the upper and midsole cushioning is comfortable and relatively bouncy with adequate forefoot flex.
