Tadese Does It!

Eritrean sets new half marathon world record of 58:23 at Lisbon Half Marathon.

Zersenay Tadese bested Kenyan Sammy Wanjiru’s half marathon world record by 10 seconds in Lisbon, Portugal Sunday. Along the way he also took down Haile Gebrselassie’s 20 km world record, which he lowered from 55:48 to 55:21.
