Semick Wins, Leads US To 100K World Cup Title

Oregon native takes World Cup title.
American Kami Semick won the IAU 100K World Cup in Torhout, Belgium with a time of 7:37:24. Semick, along with countrywomen Deveon Crosby-Helms and Meghan Arbogast, took the overall title for the US, the nation’s second victory at the event.
Michael Wardian was the first American male accross the line in 6:53:17. Yasukazu Miyazato of Japan won in 6:40:44, leading his nation to the title.
