Rupp To Double (Not Triple) At NCAA’s

There was some speculation that University of Oregon Senior Galen Rupp would try to match his heroics in the 2009 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, in which he won two events and anchored a winning relay, by going for victory in all three events in which he has qualified for the outdoor nationals, which take place June 10-12 in Fayetteville, Ark. But Rupp ultimately decided that by trying to win three events he might actually lessen his chances of winning any. Smart kid.
