On his journey to becoming one of the world’s top ultrarunners, Tim Olson, 31, has put together a somewhat non-traditional quiver of tools for his success. From finding balance and joy, to meditating and eating a nutritious diet, Olson sees the beauty in every step of the process, not just crossing a finish line. But much of what he learned was through trial and error. Now he’s sharing his insights with others through his newly launched Run Mindful Retreat running camps.
