A Glimpse Inside Run Mindful Retreats

Running, meditation and good times in the mountains with professional trail runner Tim Olson.

On his journey to becoming one of the world’s top ultrarunners, Tim Olson, 31, has put together a somewhat non-traditional quiver of tools for his success. From finding balance and joy, to meditating and eating a nutritious diet, Olson sees the beauty in every step of the process, not just crossing a finish line. But much of what he learned was through trial and error. Now he’s sharing his insights with others through his newly launched Run Mindful Retreat running camps.
