Roads Scholar Recipients Announced

Road Runners Club of America hands out yearly awards.

The 2009 Roads Scholar Class was announced by the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).  This year’s recipients include Sally Meyerhoff (2009 National 25K Champion), Antonio Vega (2009 US Half Marathon Championships, 7th place, 1:02:55), Stephanie Rothstein (ranked #10 in the US in the 10,000m, 33:27.85) and Forest Braden (2009 US 15K championships, 17th place).  The RRCA has offered over $300,000 in grants to athletes since 1996.
