They got him with a stun gun.
Some news about a real streaker: On Sunday, police arrested a runner at the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. His charge: wearing no clothes. According to an article in the Chicago Sun Times, 35-year-old Brett Henderson of St. Paris, Ohio was arrested on charges of public indecency.
After not responding to repeated requests to stop, Mr. Henderson was shot with a stun gun by police. Apparently, he had borrowed a pair of running shorts from his father. His mother said that they kept slipping down and he was determined to finish the race with or without clothing.
No attorney was listed for him. On Monday, he was expected to appear in a Hamilton County Court.
The Flying Pig Marathon is an annual race held on the first Sunday in May. Over 30,000 runners took part in this year’s race, which wound through downtown Cincinnati. It can be used as a Boston qualifier.
