Canyon de Chelly Ultra Marathon

The Canyon de Chelly Ultra, held near Chinle, Ariz., on Oct. 11, is an event that celebrates Navajo culture and the beauty of distance running in an unforgettable way that leaves runners with enough stories and motivation to feed generations to come. The 55K race is held on the Navajo Nation territory and all proceeds go to local schools and youth running programs.
