2015 New York LGBT Pride Run

The 34th edition of the event had over 5,000 finishers.

The 34th edition of the NYRR Front Runners New York LGBT Pride Run was held on June 27 in New York City. With 5,064 finishers, it’s considered the largest organized LGBT race in the U.S. A NYC Marathon qualifying race, the New York LGBT Pride Run draws runners from many of New York’s local running clubs. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s race benefitted Immigration Equality, an organization which works to end discrimination in U.S. immigration law and obtain asylum for those persecuted in their home countries based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status.
