Watch this incredible video from the start of the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships this past Saturday in Cardiff, Wales, showing Kenyan Geoffrey Kamworor weaving his way through the masses of citizen runners after falling at the start. He covered the first mile in 4:15 to catch the leaders and eventually pulled away to win his second straight world title, breaking the tape in a fast 59:10.
