Our friends at Canadian Running magazine went out to a track in London, Ont., for an evening of beer mile training with Lewis Kent, who holds the world record-holder in the event with his recent 4:51.9 effort. He’ll be one of the favorites in the second annual FloTrack Beer Mile World Championships on Dec. 1 in Austin, Texas.
