The Boston Athletic Association has finalized their elite fields for the second annual B.A.A. 10K scheduled for Sunday, June 24.  Boston Marathon champions Geoffrey Mutai (2011), Caroline Kilel (2011) and Sharon Cherop (2012) headline the race.  Mutai (27:19) and Kilel (31:58) were also the race winners last year.

The B.A.A. 10-K is the second leg of the inaugural B.A.A. Distance Medley.  Athletes will be scored on total time for this event, plus the B.A.A. 5K (April 15) and the B.A.A. Half Marathon (October 7), and the top man and woman will each receive $100,000. Declared participants in the Medley are annotated, below.
