Doug Logan Files Wrongful Termination Suit

USA Track & Field anticipated litigation filing.

Fired USA Track & Field CEO Doug Logan filed a wrongful termination suit today against his former employer, the organization announced on its website.

“USATF looks forward to the resolution of the lawsuit, which we vigorously will defend against,” said USATF President and Chairman Stephanie Hightower. “The filing of this suit and its ultimate resolution will not affect USATF and how we serve the sport.”
