Lolo Jones runs new world leader in 100m hurdles.

American Lolo Jones broke out of her recent funk with an impressive 12.47 in the women’s 100m hurdles at the Vardinoyannia International meet in Rethymno, Greece.  The new season best is also the top time in the world for 2009.

The US dominated most of the short events as Carmelita Jeter, Allyson Felix and Stephanie Durst swept the women’s 100m and Ivory Williams took the title in the men’s 100m.
