Fox Cities Marathon could see it’s second record in three years.

The Kapral family of Oshkosh, Wisc. will look to set a new world record for most siblings finishing a marathon under eight hours. Hosting the attempt is the Fox Cities Marathon that takes place this Sunday in Appleton, Wisc. Currently the record is held by the 15 O’Donaghue siblings that finished the 2007 Dublin Marathon.

This is not the first time the record will be set at the Fox Cities Marathon. In 2007 fellow Oshkosh residents, the Weisse family, finished 13 siblings at the 2007 Fox Cities Marathon, but were outdone by the O’Donaghues just a month later.
