That Was Then
Running used to be primarily a solo sport. Athletes would take to the road in the early morning hours for solitary jaunts, or maybe head to the track for a quiet workout at dusk. Running was something done without fanfare and outside of activities with family and friends.
This is Runnovation.
Now running is the activity with friends, family and coworkers all making time to run together. Running groups, family fun runs, corporate challenges and team races, like relays, give plenty of opportunities for people to add camaraderie to their runs. Plus, having a running partner or group makes it easier to stick to workouts and running goals.
