How to Watch the 2015 Boston Marathon

The live broadcast is available on television and online.

The 119th running of the Boston Marathon takes place  Monday, April 20th, and television and online coverage will be available via Universal Sports Network.

The broadcast will start at 8:30 a.m. ET and last until 1 p.m. ET on Universal Sports Network and online at UniversalSports.com. Only authenticated users can access the live stream (for more information on Universal Sports authentication, check out their FAQ page).

In addition, UniversalSports.com will have a “finish line web cam” to show all runners crossing the finish line. No authentication is required to view this, and the webcam will go on at about 10 a.m. ET.

In addition to the Monday coverage, Universal Sports will air a special preview show from Boylston Street on Sunday, April 19, starting at 4 p.m. ET.

If you don’t have Universal Sports, another option is the B.A.A. website, which plans to live stream the elite race starting at 9:30 a.m. ET. It will be available at watchlive.baa.org. And finally, if you’re in Boston, coverage will be on WBZ-TV.
